Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking protocols.
* Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services.
* Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are preferred.
