We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Strata Manager Licensee-in-Charge to lead the compliance, governance, and operational performance of our growing strata management business in NSW. This role is ideal for a senior strata professional with deep legislative knowledge, strong leadership capability, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service.
As the Licencee-in-Charge, you will oversee statutory supervision obligations, trust account governance, operational consistency, team performance, and client service standards, while supporting the strategic direction of the business.
About the Role
In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for:
Compliance & Governance
* Ensuring full compliance with the Act, Regulations, and OFT requirements.
* Maintaining supervision guidelines, compliance registers, and audit readiness.
* Overseeing statutory reporting, licensing, CPD obligations and internal governance frameworks.
Trust Account & Financial Oversight
* Supervising trust account processes, reconciliations, approvals, and compliance accuracy.
* Ensuring timely and accurate End of Month processes and financial controls.
* Monitoring portfolio cashflow, arrears, and financial stability.
Operational Leadership
* Leading the day-to-day operational performance across all offices.
* Ensuring high standards for notices, minutes, communication, and client service delivery.
* Acting as escalation point for complex client matters and operational issues.
* Leading recruitment, resourcing, onboarding and ongoing development of strata and administrative teams.
* Supporting performance management, professional growth and team engagement.
* Driving a positive, accountable, high-performing culture.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
* Building strong relationships with committees, contractors, brokers and industry partners.
* Supporting escalated matters, dispute resolution and complex scheme requirements.
* Ensuring a consistent, positive client experience across all portfolios.
About You
* Significant senior strata leadership experience (multi-office experience highly regarded)
* Strong working knowledge of NSW strata legislation, OFT requirements and compliance frameworks
* High financial literacy and experience with trust accounts, cashflow, and reporting
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and uplift performance
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
* A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused leadership style
