Based in Scoresby, Victoria, this is a full-time role conducted on site 5 days a per week.
Reporting to the Business Support Team Leader, as one of three Business Support Coordinators, you will ensure the smooth operation of Mentholatum’s business activities by acting as a central resource with three key areas of accountability:
· Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Finance support
· Customer Service Administration
· Sales Order Processing and Management
Tasks required across a typical month include:
· Manage accounts receivable in accordance with established company policies and KPI’s
· Process accounts payable in accordance with established company policies and KPI’s
· Undertake timely and accurate claims processing, reconciliations and reporting
· Work collaboratively and cooperatively across all functions within the business to contribute to an excellent experience for our customers and consumers in every interaction
· Process customer orders, including liaison on expected delivery dates and out of stock lines
· Coordinate with warehouse supervisor, operations staff, and external freight companies to ensure DIFOT to all customers, including domestic, contract and export customers
· Maintain accurate and efficient records to support regulatory compliance (financial and quality)
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize growth opportunities throughout the business
· Opportunities to lead projects (eg: process improvements, new systems and technology)
About you
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Qualifications in accounting/bookkeeping/sales administration
Demonstrated customer service proficiency, preferably in a highly dynamic or FMCG environment
Proficient use of MSOffice (especially Excel) and an ERP system (MSDynamics365 F&O or Great Plains desired)
Understanding of a regulated manufacturing environment (eg GMP / Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-moving consumer goods environment
Positive, can-do attitude with a solution-focussed mindset
