Our Leadership Role

As a Centre Manager, you will drive excellence in daily operations, inspiring teams to deliver highest standards of care, education, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage centre operations effectively, ensuring seamless staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
* Inspire and support Educators through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth, empowering them to reach their full potential.
* Create engaging activities that cater to children's holistic development, promoting well-rounded growth.
* Prioritize children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment.
* Maintain compliance with regulations and standards, upholding the highest level of quality.
* Cultivate a positive culture that values teamwork, diversity, and inclusivity.


Requirements

* Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in childcare or a similar setting, including a leadership role.
* Possess a current Working with Children card.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities effectively.
* Show commitment to ongoing professional development, staying updated on best practices and industry trends.
