As a Mobile Lending Manager, you'll bring banking to your customers - on their terms.

You'll build a strong network of customers, gaining their trust by providing tailored financial solutions and helping to achieve their dreams, from buying a home, to securing their financial future. Through expert lending advice, strong partnerships, and a customer-first approach you'll drive growth, deepen connections and make banking personal, no matter where your customers are.

In this dynamic and high-impact role, you'll make your mark by:

* Proactively building a strong pipeline by identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships, and acquiring new customers through strategic networking
* Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we're here to help them achieve their goals
* Strengthening your presence in the community by building your brand, nurturing existing Community Bank relationships and expanding your network through active participation in local events
* Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success
* Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, position yourself as the go to lending specialist in your area

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Deakin, ACT.

What you'll bring to the role

To succeed in this role, you'll drive new customer acquisition and be the go to person for home lending in your area. We'd love you to have:

* Established networks and ability to self-generate business
* Deep understanding of lending products, credit analysis, and risk management
* An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
* Proven to be a trusted, self-driven and high-performing home lending expert
