Salary Range: $79,057 to $133,846 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About The Role
The Classroom Teacher transforms the classroom into a space of scientific discovery, where complex concepts spark curiosity and hands-on experiments fuel excitement. In this role, you will use innovative techniques and curriculum-aligned resources to make science accessible and inspiring, weaving real-world applications into lessons to show students the wonders of science in everyday life.
You will support each student’s learning journey through regular assessments and personalised feedback, tracking progress with care and celebrating milestones. By collaborating and communicating with colleagues and parents, you will help create a strong support network around each student.

This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on parental leave. The incumbent is entitled to return earlier to their substantive position in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
- NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) registration
- NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
