- Merchandising: Plan and execute attractive product displays that highlight key offerings and increase customer interest.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a delicatessen, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for food.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
