**Project Leadership Opportunity**
IPA by Synergies is seeking two experienced Project Managers to join a high-performing delivery team working on complex building and infrastructure projects across the Townsville region.
As a successful candidate, you will oversee all phases of building project delivery, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction. You will also coordinate activities between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage contracts across both traditional and non-traditional procurement models
* Ensure projects meet agreed scope, time, cost, cash flow, and quality targets
* Lead and manage project teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective communication
* Negotiate with consultants, local authorities, clients, and contractors to ensure value-for-money outcomes
* Monitor and report on time and cost performance
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end construction or infrastructure projects
* Strong background in contract coordination and stakeholder management
* Sound understanding of construction processes and project delivery best practice
* Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
