Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Patisserie Professional to conduct training classes at our campus and workshops.
* Conducting on-site training sessions for students
* Preparing comprehensive training materials and assessments
* Marking evaluations and developing observation checklists for practical training exercises
* Demonstrating in-depth industry knowledge or vocational experience in patisserie
* Possessing a Certificate III or IV in Patisserie, or higher qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116) or higher
* Some industry expertise or vocational experience
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to changing circumstances, and demonstrate a passion for teaching and mentoring. They will also have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
