About the Role
The Community Registered Nurse delivers quality care services to seniors in the Ballarat region. In-home clinical assessments, reviews and care needs for clients in East and Outer Eastern suburbs are provided by this position.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA Div 1 Nursing registration is required.
* Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Community, Commonwealth Home Support or District Nursing is necessary.
* A team player with flexibility and a positive attitude is desired.
