Workshop Management Opportunity
Join our team to oversee workshop performance, vehicle and equipment maintenance, cost recovery, quality, and compliance.
This leadership role combines customer service excellence and operational efficiency, requiring high standards and a focus on safe and effective site management.
Job Description:
* Manage daily activities of Toll employees and ensure that all work is performed safely and that an ongoing commitment to safety is maintained including proactive actions to identify and reduce workplace hazards.
* Maintain staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
* Demonstrate exemplary safety leadership behaviours and monitor and promote HSES & QA programs, to achieve a safe and incident free culture.
* Control workflow for minimum vehicle downtime and maximum workshop output.
* Anticipate customer needs and identify opportunities to significantly enhance the breadth and quality of the service experience.
* Ensure established work systems are in place and people can work effectively as individuals and as a team to achieve the standards and results in line with best practice.
* Manage the carrying out of vehicle repair / job sign off on completion of a job and all administration functions thus to ensure the effective and efficient running of the workshop.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5 years proven experience in a workshop management within Fleet or Retail.
* Demonstrated ability working within a fast-paced environment.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Inventory management, procurement and stock control history.
* Be a team player, open and honest who consistently delivers an exceptional customer service experience.
* Hold a flexible approach to business commitments.
* Ability to build and maintain engaged and productive teams.
