About the Company One of Australia's leading organisations is undergoing a major digital transformation and upgrading several critical business systems-including a core Workforce Management System that underpins daily operations. This high-impact program also includes significant integration and API initiatives. They're now seeking a Senior Change Manager to drive the change strategy, ensure business readiness, and support adoption across the organisation. About the Role: We're partnering with a major Australian employer on a large-scale transformation program and are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the end-to-end change strategy. This is a critical role where you'll define and drive the change strategy across several high-impact projects, including the upgrade of a core Workforce Management System and major integration initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, smooth adoption, and organizational readiness throughout each phase of the process. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the change management strategy across the entire program. Ensure alignment and consistency of change activities across all project workstreams. Conduct detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses. Design and coordinate tailored communication and engagement plans. Act as the central point of contact for all change management efforts. Collaborate with PMs, the PMO, and business leads to embed change in delivery plans. Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and risk. Align change activities with broader transformation and business goals. Skills and Experience: Extensive track record in leading and delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and planning skills. Ability to drive structure in a fast-paced, complex program environment. Experience in workforce, systems, or digital transformation projects highly regarded.
