Your new role They are seeking a skilled Business Systems Specialist with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and strong development skills in the Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, and RESTful web services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in implementing, managing, and optimising Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support business processes and objectives. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure the system, develop custom solutions, and provide ongoing support and training. What you'll need to succeed Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Hands-on experience with Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O)Business Process Analysis: Work with business units to understand their processes and requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs within Dynamics 365 CRM. Support strategic change initiatives and manage incidents. Implement functionality enhancements and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
