**ABOUT THE ROLE** 
Right at Home Sunshine Coast are seeking a qualified, reliable and passionate Administration Officer to join us on a permanent full time basis at our Gympie office, with an immediate commencement!
You will need to be friendly, positive, and determined to make a difference. You can demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy, and treating others with dignity and respect. You'll be a natural relationship builder, honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.
You will be responsible for:
- Cultivating strong relations with clients and workers, ensuring trust and confidence in the services we provide 
- General administration duties including printing, scanning and filing of documentation into online systems and portals 
- Assisting the functionality of daily office operations 
- Assisting with the documentation and data entry of compliances
Essential requirements:
- Work rights in Australia 
- Qualification in Business Administration, desirable but not essential 
- Applicable industry licences including Blue Card 
- National criminal history/ police check (or willing to obtain) 
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Administration or Reception position 
- Proven ability to manage challenging workloads and schedules 
- Experience within an Aged Care/ Disability or Health Care setting 
- Current First Aid/CPR qualification
