Key Infrastructure Leader
This role is instrumental in delivering the foundation for Microsoft's online services, encompassing Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Azure platform.

The infrastructure comprises over 200 data centers in 32 countries, supported by millions of servers. The team oversees day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring work is undertaken to prevent failure or loss of plant and equipment.
Responsibilities include acting as an escalation point for facilities-related issues, coordinating CE audits and compliance verifications, driving cost/energy efficiency initiatives, identifying single points-of-failure, sharing best practices, and mentoring others.
