Key Responsibilities
* Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored therapy plans to achieve clients' communication and mealtime goals
* Collaborating with families, carers, and support networks to build functional capacity and promote independence
* Working flexibly across home, school, community, and remote settings to provide seamless support
* Managing schedules and administrative tasks from home, minimizing travel requirements
Requirements
* Degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and proactive communication skills
* A genuine passion for empowering individuals with disability and promoting inclusive practices
* Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, current Driver's Licence, and unrestricted working rights in Australia
