Job Description
As a Manager Digital Insights Integration Services, you will oversee the secure operation and maintenance of cutting-edge digital intelligence services. This pivotal role involves ensuring these services are efficient, sustainable, and hyper-connected, providing seamless access for our customers.
You will lead a large team dedicated to maintaining the integrity and performance of our digital intelligence systems across the enterprise. Your efforts will enhance the user experience and drive our organization's digital transformation goals forward.
* Manage the secure operation, maintenance, and management of database solutions and services, including but not limited to SAP HANA, Oracle Exadata, and MS SQL.
* Provide key inputs to the functional strategic roadmap, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals and fosters innovation across all digital initiatives.
* Ensure service levels, health, and resilience for database, middleware, analytics, integration, and big data services are met through continuous monitoring and management.
* Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to ensure effective service delivery and problem-solving.
Tertiary qualification in Technology/Business/Engineering and/or relevant equivalent industry experience
Extensive demonstrated experience in Information Technology
Proven ability in managing secure operation, maintenance, and management intelligence solutions and services
Proven experience in managing and leading large teams and setting direction
Deep expertise in the secure operation, maintenance, and management of technical solutions and services including but not limited to Database and Managed Database Systems, Middleware, intelligence, and analytics
Strong knowledge of Digital Infrastructure, Digital Security & Communications, Digital Performance, Digital Experience, Software & Product operations maintenance, and management
Strong relationship, stakeholder engagement, and conflict management skills, including the ability to negotiate and communicate at senior and managerial level both internally and externally
