Project Manager Position
Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the execution of healthcare fit-out projects. This role involves managing multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with an in-house design and construction team to ensure optimal results for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage up to 8 small projects simultaneously
* Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgeting strategies
* Oversee construction programs and project delivery
* Provide technical expertise to clients
* Demonstrate high-level planning, teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within fit-out or shop-fit-out projects as a principal contractor
* Experience delivering rollout projects
* Tertiary qualification in Construction (highly regarded)
* Construction or shopfitting experience
* Experience managing multiple projects valued up to $500k
* Design and construct experience is advantageous
