Brightscope HR is seeking motivated Factory Labourers for an ongoing opportunity with a leading manufacturer in Bayswater, known for delivering innovative, sustainable building solutions across Australia.
About the role:
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Day shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm

Duties include but not limited:
• Will be responsible for performing manual handling tasks such as sorting and moving materials around to manage materials efficiently and safely
• Will be operating a cut saw and other tools to cut aluminium lengths to precise measurements as specified in technical drawings.
• The role involves repetitive work, requiring focus and consistency to maintain high-quality output.
• Must be capable of reading and interpreting drawing plans to determine accurate cut lengths for aluminium components.
• Other career progression opportunities are potentially available, including training and development in areas such as fabrication, installation and caulking.
• General housekeeping duties e.g. sweeping, organising stock etc
To be considered for this role:
• No previous industry experience is necessary just a great work ethic and the ability to keep up under manufacturing times.
• Must have hand and power tool exp. & competency
• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting between 10-25kgs where required (lifting equipment available onsite for additional lifting assistance)
• Forklift License or willing to obtain (preferred but not essential)
• Must have own car and valid driver's licence.
• Must have competent English communication skills (verbal and written)
