About the Role- Ongoing Part Time (EFT 0.2)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Continence Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dedicated nursing team at Leongatha Memorial Hospital and Korumburra Hospital. Ideally, this is a full-time position however flexible working arrangement or part-time hours will be considered.
Bayside Health - Regional Care Group is seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to take on the role of Continence Clinical Nurse Specialist within our Continence Program. This is an exciting opportunity to join our specialist continence team. The successful applicant will provide expert assessment, management, and education for consumers experiencing bladder dysfunction, supporting improved health, independence, and quality of life.
The position will be primarily based at the Korumburra hospital, although traveling to Leongatha and surrounding areas will be required. Reporting to Carol Pontil, DON Korumburra, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Deliver comprehensive continence assessments and evidence-based management plans
* Provide consumer and carer education to enhance self-management and dignity in care
* Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health colleagues to deliver integrated care
* Contribute to service planning and community health promotion initiatives
* Support workforce education and development in continence care
About You

Mandatory Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and flexible individual with the ability to respond and adapt to change, display empathy, prioritise and problem solve effectively with a positive "can-do" attitude and eagerness to learn.
Essential
* Registered with AHPRA with relevant post-graduate qualifications or experience in continence care
* A Police Check that is valid and within 12 months of the issue date
* Current Working with Children's check
* Current Victorian Drivers Licence
* Entitlement to work within Australia
* Provision of an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
* Seasonal influenza vaccination of healthcare workers in accordance with Secretary, Department of Health Directions
