Job Title
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development and management of inventory requirements across the vessel's lifecycle.

You will work closely with the Inventory Lead to analyze and optimize inventory holdings and locations, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and customer requirements are met.

About This Role
* Support material management planning and scheduling, including analysis and optimization of inventory holdings and locations.
* Meet customer requirements for both internal and external customers, including stock level maintenance and fleet management.
* Maintain export control compliance across all Material Support functions.
* Be comfortable with technology and systems, including logistics databases in support of program requirements.
* Work with the Sourcing Team to ensure efficient procurement and repair of inventory to maintain established stock levels.
* Support audit and quality assurance controls across the supply chain function to ensure compliance to policy.
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Logistics, Supply Chain or Distribution (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 3 years' experience with inventory management operations; experience within a Defence environment preferred.
* Computer literacy including the use of inventory management systems, e.g., SAP, Maximo, EAGLE or MILIS, Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
* Eligibility to obtain and maintain an NV-1 Security clearance as needed.
