Junior Sous Chef

We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef ready to step up from a senior CDP role and broaden their craft across multiple kitchens.
This is a rare opportunity to work across our entire restaurant group, gaining hands-on experience in both a high-end Italian kitchen and a French kitchen, each with its own identity, rhythm, and point of view. The Role
* Work across all venues within the group, supporting head chefs and sous chefs during service and prep
* Exposure to two distinct cuisines: refined Italian cooking and classic-to-modern French technique
* Assist with service leadership, prep organisation, and standards across multiple kitchens
* Step into a junior leadership role while remaining deeply hands-on
* Be part of menu development, seasonal thinking, and daily problem-solving
* Help maintain consistency, discipline, and culture across the group
About You
* Currently a senior CDP (or equivalent) ready for the next challenge
* Comfortable moving between kitchens, teams, and styles of service
* Curious, organised, and calm under pressure
* Strong fundamentals and a genuine interest in technique and flavour
* Enjoys variety and understands the demands of multi-venue operations
* Must have access to own transport due to working across venues
