Located in the heart of the Shoalhaven, Sikorsky Australia are seeking a self-motivated, team player to support our Aircraft Maintenance team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Establish, maintain and analyse project cost and schedule baselines for all related maintenance activities in support of the MH-60R TLS Contract.
* Prepare reports and analyse performance data to ensure that projects are within negotiated and agreed-upon threshold parameters and control guidelines.
* Provide MRO material demand forecasting, monitoring and reporting. to ensure that required parts, tools and consumables are available when and where they are needed and highlight supply chain driven project risk and coordination of mitigation solutions to reduce project impact.
* Provide guidance to all members of the Maintenance Support Planning Team and Program stakeholders across the Company with respect to maintenance planning and Earned Value Management (EVM) activities.
* Maintain master planning data to ensure effective and organised execution of maintenance projects and data integrity.
* Establish and manage reporting artefacts used by Management to monitor and control Program performance
About you:
To be successful it is essential you demonstrate the following:
* Well-developed knowledge of principles, concepts, practices and standards of scheduling and EVM principles.
* Well-developed knowledge of Maintenance planning in and aviation or similar industry.
* Well-developed knowledge of resource/capacity planning.
* Well-developed knowledge of and/or exposure to accounting and budgeting principles

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
