About the Role
Our Regional Sales Manager is a key leader in driving sales growth, developing our Moving Consultants and delivering strong results.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and performance managing a regional sales team
* Driving revenue, margin and conversion growth
* Coaching and developing consultants through structured in-field training
* Overseeing pipeline discipline, KPI performance and reporting
* Ensuring compliance with sales governance and quality standards
* Contributing to regional business planning and commercial strategy
