Role Overview
We are seeking a competent and motivated Civil Engineer to support on-site project execution in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality compliance, and facilitating communication across all stakeholders involved in the build process.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily on-site construction and installation activities.
Review engineering drawings and project specifications.
Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure work is executed in compliance with building standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Liaise with contractors, architects, designers, and suppliers.
Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Support procurement, inventory, and material handling as required.
Identify and resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong understanding of construction practices and building standards.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage on-site challenges.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Must be eligible to work in Australia.
Previous local construction experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
