As a Technical Information and Content Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the technical foundation of a leading digital platform.
You will collaborate with global teams to create clear, accessible guides for technical audiences, leveraging your expertise in technical communication, software development, and network infrastructure.
* Contribute to the organization and upkeep of internal technical documentation
* Work with stakeholders to define documentation standards and requirements
* Translate complex systems into clear, step-by-step guides
* Provide guidance and support to engineers through writing internal technical documents and standard operating procedures
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or equivalent field
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical documentation or related field
* Strong technical skills and experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
* Comfortable using terminal commands in Unix-like operating systems, software code in GitHub and GitLab, and network infrastructure configuration
* Experience designing visual assets such as workflow charts and diagrams
