We are partnering with a leading global alternative asset manager. An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administration Manager to join the team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working with financial processes, and can confidently support both operational and reporting functions.
The Role
As Administration Manager, you will be the right-hand to the manager, playing a key role in driving smooth financial and administrative operations. You'll support the wider team, oversee and mentor the Administration Coordinator, and ensure the business runs efficiently while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and drive the businesses debt position in line with company expectations
* Support financial operations, including recoveries and retailer recharges
* Ensure accurate and timely client reporting in line with required processes
* Oversee all administrative functions
* Lead, support and mentor an Administration Coordinator
* Maintain strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders
About You
* Qualification in Business Administration, Accounting or similar
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in an administration or accounts-focused role
* Experience with debt collection and confidence liaising with retailers
* Exposure to retail property or shopping centre environments (highly regarded)
* Strong financial acumen with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
