Quality Education Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Education Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality aged care services. This role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills, as well as a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance on clinical best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Lead the development and implementation of our Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI).
* Oversee monthly care audits and ensure corrective actions are taken.
* Support excellence in resident care through assessment, planning, and evaluation.
What We Are Looking For:
* A Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
* Experience in quality improvement, staff development, and training delivery.
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
