About you

Your responsibilities include:
* Assist the Store Manager in driving sales with the team to achieve targets and KPI's
* In conjunction with your Store Manager develop and train the team to increase productivity
* Create a safe working environment for the team and customers
* Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss, and maximise sales
* Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
Experience Required
* Ability to develop your management skills and lead a small team
* High standards of customer service delivery
* Exhibit enthusiasm and self-motivation
* A spark for electronics to enhance the customer experience
