ABOUT THE ROLE As the Project Manager, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between Facilities-led building and refurbishment projects and the Technology business unit.
You'll ensure the seamless integration of standardised technology solutions, including audio-visual systems, network infrastructure, video conferencing, CCTV, and building management technology.Working closely with technology SMEs and Facilities teams, you'll provide expert advice, manage risk, support budgeting, and ensure all major works align with digital standards.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, technical understanding, and stakeholder management.
DUTIES Act as the primary liaison between Facilities projects and Technology SMEs Ensure technology solutions are integrated into refurbishment and construction projects Advise Facilities teams on technical decisions and best practices Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders Participate in project planning to embed technology requirements early Review technical designs to ensure alignment with project goals Identify and manage project risks, including supply chain challenges Support budgeting for technology-related project components Build strong relationships with Facilities teams, Technology experts, and vendors SKILLS & EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience managing technology integration within facilities or construction projects Strong knowledge of audio-visual systems, network infrastructure, video conferencing, CCTV, and building management technology Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Experience identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies Budget management experience CULTURE & BENEFITS Join a collaborative and forward-thinking team that values innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
