Service Person Driver

About the Job:
The Service Person Driver is a crucial link between our branch, customers and their projects. As the representative to our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions. Your key responsibilities include instructing and demonstrating to customers on how to safely use our equipment, performing pickups and deliveries of equipment from customer sites, and maintaining the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
Requirements:
1. Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
2. As the Driver, perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, which includes safely loading and unloading of equipment.
3. Provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions.
4. Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
5. Perform cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required.
6. Perform equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.
Qualifications:
* A valid driver's license.
* The availability to work weekends on a rotating roster.
* This role requires some physical components including lifting and standing on your feet for long periods.
* A level of physical fitness is required and the ability to pass a drug test.
* Be proactive and keen to learn new skills.
* An interest in machinery and equipment, although training will be provided.
* A positive attitude and team player.
