We are partnering with a national manufacturing organisation to appoint a Site Manager for their Townsville operation.
This role has full accountability for site safety, people leadership, production delivery and cost performance within a seasonal operating environment.
The Site Manager will lead the day-to-day operation, coordinate planning across fluctuating demand, and drive practical, sustainable improvements on site.
Key responsibilities:
Lead site operations across safety, people, production and cost
Plan and execute production within a seasonal operating model
Drive continuous improvement focused on process, efficiency and reliability
Lead and develop supervisors and operational teams
Own site performance and operational discipline
About you:
Experience leading manufacturing operations in a complex environment
Strong planning, cost awareness and operational problem-solving skills
Comfortable balancing hands-on site presence with leadership accountability
Able to deliver improvement while maintaining operational stability
