You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship when needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
* Assist clients with daily activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
* Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
