Registered Nurse Care Manager Position

* Collaborating with our Care Coordination Team to ensure comprehensive client care
* Mentoring and developing the skills of junior staff members
* Managing client care plans and prioritizing tasks efficiently
* Fostering high staff and client satisfaction through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* An unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* At least 3 years of experience in managing patient/client care
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MAC OS
* A current Australian Federal Police Check and NSW Working with Children's Check
