Delivering High-Quality Care for Women's Health Needs
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Psychologist to make a positive impact in our new Women's Health Clinics, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care for women's health needs.
The successful candidate will provide specialised clinical/health psychology assessment and therapeutic intervention to women attending the Women's Allied Health Clinic and Pelvic Pain Clinic, addressing issues such as chronic pelvic pain, menopause, and perimenopause symptoms, and sexual and reproductive health concerns.
The role involves working collaboratively with our nursing, medical, and allied health team to provide consumers with improved access to healthcare specific to their needs. Service delivery may include group and individualised sessions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong educational background in Clinical/Health Psychology from a recognised institution
* Registration or eligibility for registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA)
* Endorsement, eligibility for endorsement, or ability to work towards endorsement with AHPRA as a Clinical/Health Psychologist
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and implement evidence-based psychology services
* Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and education
