We're seeking a Marketing Director to help achieve ambitious goals, including a 30% year-over-year increase in marketing-sourced revenue. You'll refine brand and demand generation strategies, improve lead quality, and drive innovative acquisition and content initiatives. This role involves shaping and delivering our growth strategy, collaborating with Sales, and making a direct impact on the business.
About the role
* Manage the Marketing team, function, operations and budget.
* Develop brand, demand generation, ABM and lifecycle programs aligned to ICP and growth goals.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and effective go-to-market strategies.
* Develop brand, platform and persona value-based narratives.
* Own AEO/SEO, CRO, and paid channels with a focus on predictable funnel growth.
* Refine the digital buyer journey, nurturing strategy and attribution model to improve conversions using our tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, and an ecosystem of AI-first platforms).
* Own Plexus's HubSpot and conversational AI instance, ensuring campaigns and processes scale with growth.
* Develop thought leadership and persona-based content programs (e.g., articles, guides, webinars) that drive engagement and results.
* Deliver successful conferences and executive events.
* Track and measure campaign effectiveness and marketing performance, using data to make informed decisions.
* Optimise our sales hand-off process, providing SDRs with better insights to boost the acceptance of sales leads and opportunities by 30% or more.
Your background
* 8+ years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in SaaS, tech, or legal/financial tech.
* Experience building and executing digital-first marketing strategies that drive measurable results and strong demand generation.
* Mix of strategy and execution—comfortable with data analysis and high-level planning, and able to partner with Sales and work cross-functionally across GTM teams.
