We are seeking an experienced, reliable and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our team in our office located at Mt Hunter which is located between The Oaks and Camden. This is a stand-alone role, ideal for someone who is confident working independently and brings strong administrative and customer-service skills.
About the Role
This is a full time role and the hours are 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday. As the primary office contact on site, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all day-to-day administrative functions, including:
Taking customer orders (phone, email and walk-ins)
Producing and printing delivery dockets
Preparing and issuing invoices
Maintaining accurate records and filing
Assisting with general office duties and supporting site management as required
About You
We're looking for a mature-minded individual who is competent, organised, steady under pressure and able to operate the office with a high level of professionalism. You will have:
Previous administration experience (ideally in construction, transport, quarrying or similar)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good computer literacy (MYOB/Xero or similar preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
