We're growing fast and looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant with 2–3 years of experience who’s ready to think bigger, move faster, and recruit differently.
You’ll help connect Australia’s best tech talent with leading organisations across the banking, finance, government, and technology sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage strong relationships with both candidates and clients in the IT sector
- Source, engage, and qualify top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Humanforce/LiveHire, referrals, and other channels – including social media
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing IT professionals
- Identify and grow new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts
- Confidently negotiate contract terms and provide market advice to clients and candidates
- Use CRM and ATS recruitment platforms (e.g. Humanforce) to maintain and grow your talent pipeline
- Contribute to a fun, collaborative team culture where ideas are welcomed and celebrated
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with your team to deliver results, share leads, and celebrate success
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of recruitment 360 experience (agency or internal), ideally in IT or technical roles
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
- Proven ability to attract and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in new business development and account management
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and curious about the tech world
- Organised with good time management and follow-up skills
- A great team player who contributes to a fun, high-energy culture
- Positive, resilient attitude and a drive to exceed targets
- Experience with ATS tools like Job Adder, Bull Horn, Humanforce or LiveHire is highly regarded
- Full working rights – Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
