As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for greeting clients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage and schedule appointments
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Maintain incoming and outgoing mail
Attend to tax lodgements
Assist with general administrative duties
Provide support to various departments as needed
What We're Looking For:
Some experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a focus on customer service
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Xero and general office equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
