The Role

We are seeking a HSEQ Advisor to join our growing team on a full-time basis in Osborne Park, with occasional site visits.

In this role you will work closely with operational teams and leaders to maintain and improve HSEQ systems, ensuring practical, compliant, and effective outcomes across diverse operations.


Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide HSEQ advisory support across multiple business units.
* Lead and support internal and external audits (ISO and compliance-based).
* Develop, review, and improve HSEQ procedures, processes, and documentation.
* Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Build strong working relationships with operational teams and leadership.
* Investigating incidents, managing corrective actions, and generating reports.
* Identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing effective controls.
* Conducting and overseeing HSEQ audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
* Maintaining and improving the company's integrated management system.
* Supporting project tenders with HSEQ input and ensuring audit close-outs.
* Driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.
* Managing document and quality control for a range of business units, feeding into an ISO compliant IMS system.
* Other duties as required.


Required Qualifications

* Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety – required minimum qualification.
* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety – preferred.
* ICAM or TAPROOT Investigator – highly regarded, but not essential.
* Drivers Licence.


Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in an HSEQ Advisor or similar role.
* Strong auditing experience (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* High-level procedure and document writing capability.
* Practical, proactive, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
