You're unique, and we value that. As a Software Developer, we'll call on your unique talents, skills, expertise, and experience to:
* Design, develop, test, deploy, debug and maintain full-stack desktop and cloud applications.
* Utilitise the appropriate infrastructure, database and programming technologies including: C#, Visual Objects (VO), SQL and Azure-cloud.
* Ensure team code is clean, secure, maintainable and of high-quality using best practices.
* Collaborate in a cross-functional, Agile environment where we aim to learn and grow together while we deliver awesome results for the business and our amazing customer base
* Develop leadership in programming, assisting leaders, testers, and other team members as needed to determine and solve problems.
* Participate in continual improvement of our culture, systems, processes and tooling including self-improvement.
We believe our ideal applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices in software development.
* Proficiency in developing for Windows Forms, WPF, and familiarity with NuGet package manager.
* Database expertise, with knowledge of MS SQL and database design principles, is an asset.
* Strong self-organisation and time management skills, and the proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
* Possession of the necessary visa and work rights for employment in Australia.
