Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures is an advantage.
* Positive and collaborative attitude.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment.
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high‐quality standards.
* Enthusiasm for food, customer service, and Zambrero's mission.
* Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
* Availability to work full‐time on a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* First Aid Certificate (desirable).
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Prepare and serve food items according to recipes and quality standards.
* Engage with customers to provide information about our menu, the "Plate 4 Plate" initiative, and other store offerings.
* Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
* Monitor and restock inventory as needed, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations.
* Accurately process transactions, handle cash and operate the point‐of‐sale (POS) system.
* Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
* Support new team members through training and mentorship.
* Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimise waste.
