What You'll Be Doing
Greet and check in guests with professionalism and energy
Manage phone, online, and in-person reservations
Recommend local attractions and services
Upsell hotel offerings and upgrades
Operate our airport shuttle (Full Driver's License required)
Resolve guest issues with confidence and care
Keep the reception area organised and welcoming
Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team
Work flexible shifts including weekends as both are mandatory for this role
For On-site Manager role:
You'll also oversee after-hours check-ins and operations as needed – with a
fully furnished on-site apartment
provided as part of the package.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Cool under pressure and a natural problem-solver
Can-do attitude and comfortable taking initiative
RSA Victoria (or willingness to obtain)
RSA Victoria certification must be obtained before starting employment
Full Driver's License and clean driving record
Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service
Minimum of 1+ years experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is required
A team player who's eager to grow and learn
Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates who do not currently hold Australian work authorisation.
