You will be overseeing several key financial functions, including statutory reporting process improvement, cost center accounting, and intercompany transactions.Your core duties will include:•Identify and implement process improvements for the statutory reporting process.•Manage Group cost center accounting, including month-end activities and balance sheet reconciliations•Collaborate with Corporate Manager and department heads (IT, HR, Finance) to analyze results, quotas, and forecasts.•Manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.•Intercompany transactions•Assist in preparing quarterly and annual accounting reporting schedules•Support statutory financial reporting for all subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.•Coordinate the annual audit timetable and work closely with country finance managers to provide auditors with necessary information.About you!You will be a CA/CPA qualified (or part-qualified with a desire to complete) hands-on self-starter who has excellent communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude.You will have:•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.•Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.•You are commercially minded and operate with initiative and drive.
