Our support workers, known as Residential Care Officers, enrich clients' lives by ensuring they have the opportunity and support, tailored to their individual needs, to explore and participate in all aspects of their life. Our services include support for independent living (accommodation support).

Responsibilities
* Perform daily household tasks with participants that can include menu planning, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, shopping, laundry, bed making, and light garden activities
* Assist participants to maintain relationships with their family, friends, and advocates
* Help participants develop and maintain personal independence within their home with personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, showering and safe and enjoyable mealtimes
* Assist participants in their personal and health care by providing support with medication, ensuring correct dosages as prescribed, seizure response, and addressing health needs
* Other duties as required
