About the role:
Are you passionate about creating seamless guest experiences and love the buzz of hospitality? As our Reservations Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person for all things reservations—keeping our inbox organized, managing group bookings, and ensuring every detail is spot-on.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in owning their responsibilities. You'll collaborate closely with our Front Office Manager, support new promotions and packages, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage reservations inbox and respond promptly to guest inquiries
* Handle individual and group bookings, amendments, and cancellations
* Coordinate group accommodation details and liaise with internal teams
* Maintain accurate records in reservation systems and monitor inventory
* Support new promotions and ensure smooth communication with Front Office
* Deliver exceptional guest service and assist during peak periods
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in reservations or hospitality preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Proficient in reservation systems (Opera/iVvy) and Microsoft Office
