A well-regarded boutique Family Law practice in Perth is seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor with a genuine passion for family law to join its close-knit and supportive team.
This firm is known for its positive culture, strong team ethos and genuine commitment to work–life balance, with attractive working hours.
The practice is stable and collaborative, comprising of two Directors with extensive experience across Divorce & Family Law. The Directors foster an environment where team members are supported, mentored and encouraged to develop and excel.
The Role
This position offers the opportunity to step into an established role within the practice. The firm is ideally seeking a Solicitor with
2+ years PAE
, however candidates with slightly more or less experience are encouraged to apply where they can demonstrate relevant family law experience. So if you have 1 year PAE with stability on your resume, we want to hear from you.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A current practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
* Demonstrated experience in family law
* Experience managing your own file load will be highly regarded.
* Confidence managing your own matters (preferred)
* Ability to work as part of a team
