Job Overview
Integrated Business Planning Manager. Responsible for the business planning function for PepsiCo ANZ Foods, driving the lBP within the ANZ Foods that is aligned with strategic goals, and facilitating cross‐functional efficiency and agility across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance. This role is a 7‐month assignment and backfills the incumbent.
Responsibilities
* Support and lead the IBP process, framework and governance for AUF.
* Prepare and consolidate monthly IBP materials, working closely with key stakeholders, facilitators and chairs.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to build insights, deep dives and business scenarios for decision making.
* Ensure proper cascading of inputs/outputs for visibility and timing.
* Facilitate escalation of issues in short‐term S&O planning processes.
* Oversee development and tracking of key business and process metrics.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IBP accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on IBP performance.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional leaders to resolve issues, implement process improvements and enhance forum effectiveness.
* Drive accountability and ownership in delivering identified opportunities arising from IBP.
Qualifications
* Understanding of S&OP process; awareness of IBP activities is a plus.
* Functional experience in Demand, Supply and Financial Planning.
* Strong business and financial acumen.
* Strong work ethic, organization and people skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels.
