Remuneration: $37.03 - $52.83 per hour + superannuation + salary packaging
Responsibilities
- Deliver psychosocial interventions and supports to patients and their families
- Undertake psychosocial assessments and facilitate family meetings
- Complete Guardianship applications and support NDIS-related processes
- Receive and manage referrals through the Electronic Journey Board
- Contribute to patient-centred care in both inpatient and rehab settings
What We’re Looking For
- Skilled, independent practitioner with solid psychosocial assessment skills; current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the region for meetings
- Flexibility to contribute to an after-hours social work roster when required
- Commitment to professional growth and collaboration

Requirements
- Must hold at minimum a bachelor degree in social work providing eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer

- To be eligible for permanent employment you must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current NZ Passport. Temporary visa holders may be considered only if no suitable local candidate is identified and only in line with visa conditions
