Join a well renowned Tier 1 HVAC contractor who are in a period of growth after landing new projects. Upcoming projects include data centers, commercial/industrial, and metro projects up to the value of $20m.
What your day looks like:
* Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
* Coordinate daily on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and allocate resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
* Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and maintain clear communication.
* Ensure site safety practices are upheld, including adherence to safety regulations and conducting risk assessments.
About you:
* 5+ years HVAC Site Management experience in Australia
* Ideally have experience working for a Tier 1 HVAC contractor or high end Tier 2.
* Ideally have strong experience on large scale projects in the commercial, data centers and metro space, being able to manage relationships with Tier 1 builders.
* Experience managing sites within the $10m - $20m mechanical value range
